The Policy & Communications (P&C) Unit is responsible for effective, impactful presentation and communication concerning PrivCom’s mandate in the regulation of the use of personal information by organisations and the protection of the rights of individuals under the Personal Information Protect Act (PIPA) 2016. Through policy analysis and research, the Unit generates guidance and advice for all stakeholders in Bermuda.
